Help needed- Is this 1882 Indian Cent a proof?

I am thinking it isn't but I don't know enough about these to be sure and a friend thinks it is. Thanks for any help.

Looks like a business strike coin to me.

Thanks. I looked up a few photos I could find online but still couldn't tell for sure based on them.

The color looks unnatural to me - I don't think it would grade.

Thanks again everyone for all the help. The photos have a lot more of a yellowish tint to them than the coin really has. In hand the color looks pretty consistent with the 3 others I have been able to compare it to but like I said I am no kind of expert on these.

From the images,I can't tell about the color being off or not. The images, however, do show clearly that the 1882 cent is a business strike.

    Hi,

This coin looks pretty unnatural to me as well. And is it actually Mint State?

    Best,
    Eric
