    THIS COIN HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY ANACS, NGC AND PCGS . ALL WERE RELUCTANT TO CERTIFY THIS COIN AND GUARANTEE THIS COIN AS A NEW MINT ERROR WITH THEIR NAME ON IT.

    Unbelievable, just unbelievable. He's also got a 1997 ASE with (apparent) die cracks for a mere 9K, a relative bargain by comparison!
