This is about the 10th time I clicked on this thread tonight just to take another gander at such coins. That 1797 is amazing - color strike and die cracks
You know, after looking at TDN's coins, it makes me want to just dump my coins in the 90% silver bucket.....
Seriously, just stunning.
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector. Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

Amazing!
Gorgeous!
I don't know what else to say.
It just blows my mind that coins that beautiful can exist ~200 years after they were minted!
Thank you TDN for letting us take a gander at 'em
