How to submit First Strike using online form?

I am trying to submit my 2010 Plat for a first strike using the online form, but, when I enter the code (415547) it kicks it out?
Do you have to use the actual paper form to submit a first strike?

    Go through the entire process, put in "2010 platinum proof first strike" in coin description blok. When you print out form, write in 18 per coin for first strike under submission fee and add up a new total and write it in. These are still processed by hand even though you are doing it online so as long as your request makes sense and your total is correct you are good to go.

    This is how I've been doin it since they started the online option. Most of the time, the first strike coin number are not assigned when I submit them.

    I kept trying to send mine by putting them in the transporter - the thing that pops out of the computer. The coins disappeared every time, but never showed up at PCGS!

    Roger, that tray that pops out of your computer is not a transporter, silly rabbit. It's a cup holder.

    It's a cup holder.

    Mine has two - one for coffee and the other to transport small stuff throgh the internet....

    I did what you said and just wrote it and then adjusted the price myself.
