Question for Jefferson folks - 1990-D no FS variety

Is there any premium for 1990-D Jefferson nickels with the designer's (FS) initials missing from the bust? I actually plucked one from change back in '90 or '91. I seem to remember reading something about this back in the day as a newly found variety, but haven't seen much since.

Personally, I've never heard of this nickel.

Of course, the question in my mind is, missing designer initials due to over abraded die or grease filled die?

Hmm any pictures maybe it was struck through grease where the fs is or maybe the polished away when fixing a flaw or error.

I know Ive seen that the polished initials away with the cents

A picture would help a bunch. I've been at Jeffersons for quite a while and have never heard of this one.

I read something about it in one of the coin papers several years ago. As I recall, it is worth a premium but I don't remember the magnitude. But it seems to me that it should be worth a couple of bucks at least.

Finally found my example and took a quick picture, I'd grade an AU-58 since it was pulled from change. There is no trace of the initials anywhere. I did do a Google search also, and it looks like it is a variety, but not in any major guides. Oh well, can't use it for retirement!
