    Reread what you wrote as you already posted the answer.

    Not proofs... Just business strikes struck with apparent proof dies.

    Those apparent proof dies sold at heritage last year for 40K in pr64. What am I missing other than a proof designation?

    Proof dies were sometimes used on circulating coin production...ie Type B Washington Quarters, the resulting coins are not proofs.
