In the middle of a ho-hum submission So its a POP 2/0 now, both FB coins are MS64FB. I thought it was a tad better than 64, but not surprised at MS64.
I wish PCGS would update the bonus points for FB coins, a 2 pt bonus, when after years of submissions only two are found and it gets the same bonus as a 2010 - go figure.

Yes. It was one of the most common in rolls. All the '77 to '83 clads were saved
in what seemed like substantial quantities at the time. I'd guess around 150,000
dimes and 100,000 individual quarters for each date. Attrition on these is very
high but not as high as on some of the earlier issues.
Finding the rolls can be tough and something of waste of time if there are no
varieties since quality for the '80-P and most of these was poor. With the '80-P
it was strike, die wear, and marking so gems are exceedingly elusive in rolls.
While extremely nice gems were elusive in the mint set there are a substantial
number of lower grade gems and near gems. (about 6%)
The '80-D half might be the toughest for the date since almost all of the mint set
coins have a shallow scrape on the reverse from being inserted into the sets.
Most of the few that missed the scrapes are poor strikes for some reason.
