Just tried to do 1 batch of shipping for the proof set, silver proof set, mint sets, and the missing direct ship $1 (prez bucks).
Wouldn't let me proceed until I get them separated.

More than likely due to the fact that these Direct Ship Dollars are not intended for collectors but for those store fronts which cannot afford to order $1,000 boxes of dollar coins. Of course this doesn't make any sense since darn near anybody can stroll into a bank and pick up 10 rolls.
My question is, if they are not intended for collectors then why are they allocated by President instead of random $250 boxes? Better yet, how many merchants do you know of that have accounts at the US Mint for ordering coin ?

Edited to add: Why couldn't they do this for the National Parks quarters since those are usually NOT available at a bank?
