  I took a couple pics, but my Paint program is on my old computer. I didn't realize that PCGS doesn't grade these? Other than the crazy give-away notion (), where is the best place to send them for authentication, grading & slabbing?
  
  Is it best to take it out or to leave the coin in Mint plastic for submission, and if you leave it in Mint plastic do you send in the whole sheet?
