Looks like an AU53, possibly some hairlines from an old cleaning, but still went quite cheap at that price! I wonder how this fellow in Lima, Peru came by this coin?
I was also thinking AU... But decided to gamble on it. The seller also had a 06 o half that grades VF. That coin also went very cheap too early in the morning, but decided not to bid on that one. I try to post some pics when it arrives.
Looks to be about AU50 (hard to tell with the smaller scan). Definitely cleaned and hairlined. I think the biggest detriment for bidders was the Lima, Peru seller's locale. Had it been a U.S. seller, the coin would have easily sold closer to the $200 range, if not more.

The coin arrived yesterday... Looks better than I expected from the sellers pics.
Can't see any visible hairlines from cleaning. Coin appears to have been circulated recently to indicate some rubbing or wiping. Grades AU50... Possibly altered surfaces. There is also some original mint luster along with some toning peeking through the coin's detail. The reverse looks much nicer than the obverse. I also noticed die polish lines along the denticles between the rim & stars.

I agree that cleaning is a strong possibility.
