Another Raw Trade dollar...Real or Fake?

I had no choice in buying this one as it was in the Type set I recently purchased.

I think it's Real, definitely been cleaned, but I would like to know your opinion.

What is the gram weight ? The Mint tolerance on weight for these was tight enough to make it extremely difficult for a forger to produce a counterfeit that is within the expected weight range, and given the appearance of the condition of your example it should be a simple pass/fail test.
Mint standard for 1873-1883 Trade Dollar: 27.216 g. +/- 0.097 g.

: 420.000 grain +/- 1.500 grain
(usually only measurable on a precision analytical scale)

Correct weight is good enough for me, assuming that you have also checked the diameter, which needs to be 38.10 mm, no distinguishable variance. EOM. Find a precision quality caliper to measure with, such as Starrette.

It looks like a genuine, lightly to moderately cleaned (not whizzed) example to me.

1000% real. Compare the reverse die cracks to many known examples.
