National Poppage, part 1. MORE SCANNAGE.

2 days after loggage. Every card on here that did not grade came from the same seller. I don't know what the resolution will be, I want to reserve judgment until I've reviewed the cards when they return.

The rest, I'm generally pleased with. Comments follow.

Nice poppage, good luck deciding on what to do with those that are trimmed, they are some pretty big cards.

Thanks. I don't anticipate any problems getting a refund, I am surprised though. The 61 Aaron was the only one I had concerns about. On the Koufax RC, I was way more worried about some stray print.

Nice work on the graded - good luck on the rejects (what a hassle). How's the cat?

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

Wildcat is doin' well, getting over her maladies and starting to grow a little. Have a lead on a home for her too.

Yeah, never easy to have a big card like a Koufax RC come back whacked. I'll be anxious to look it over, feels like Vegas sometimes when you roll the dice with cards like that.

Ron I know how you feel but on a smaller scale, your trimmed cards are all HOF cards. Good luck on getting your money back without any problems.

Nice grades except. Maybe you can sub the N1's again if they look ok.

Here are some scans. But first some comments on the EOT batch: the 62 Clemente and one of the 58 Williams are short. The other 58 Williams - and the 55 Koufax - I'll go to the mat on. Measure fine (Koufax is actually big), edges have the factory cut. We'll see.

    Anyway, enjoy!

Sweet cards. The Marichal is killer and the Ryan has to be one of the best centered "7s" out there.

That Marichal is unreal! I don't think I've ever seen one that nice, the card even looks odd because it's so well-centered. Normally they're... well everyone knows how they are. Super stuff... keep 'em coming... and sell me a few!

It's unusual (though obviously not impossible) for a '58 T to be short, but with 62's it's very common. I went through a large collection of 62's that were all from their original owner, and unfortunately many of the sharpest cards were a little short, especially T/B. I had maybe 6 or 7 N1's and min size's from multiple submissions, but there were several more that were borderline. I suspect the shorter ones were sharper because they had less contact with the wrapper, though it may also have something to do with the cutting process.

That Marichal is a ture beauty! That might be the nicest 61 I have ever seen. Grats Ron.

Agree that the Marichal is the nicest one I've ever seen.

Wait til you see the 72 Rose in the other sub.

Not exactly sure what altered stock is, but I'd guess it includes a power erased border. Haven't seen that much, but I've heard of it.
