My positive experience with a Large Coin Dealer (MCM)

I read all the reviews you all post of coin dealers on this forum, as I am looking for the good experiences that give me incentive to work with them.
I have had great experiences with Mitch at Wondercoin and others on this forum.
Weeks ago, I ordered a 2009 W Gold NGC MS 70 Julia Tyler from MCM's (Modern Coin Mart) website for $935.
A few days later, I got a call from MCM (Tom Thomas & Michelle) telling me there was an error and the coin was not in stock.
I was dissapointed as I had the Julia Proof and wanted the set. I let him know that I would like to still purhcase the coin in the future, if at all possible.
He said he would send me the next one in stock at the same price with free shipping!!! I realized that the value had risen on this coin very quickly and that was a bold and thoughtful response.
Some weeks later, I received a call from Michelle and an email stating that I WOULD be receiving the MS70 Julia in the mail from MCM for the original stated price of $935.
I received that coin yesterday, of course, in pristine condition. I have purchased many coins over the years from MCM and have ALWAYS been satisfied with their standard of care.
I called Tom and left a message, gratefully thanking him. John Maben called me back today and said this was an unusual case and they would like to make it right for everyone
involved in a scenario such as mine, but sometimes, glitches in the system occur. He was happy it occured rarely, like the Julia, and I thanked him again for his follow-thru.
I am thankful as I have had difficulties in the past purchasing coins on ebay. Never have I had anything but positive issues buying/selling with the well-known BST members or from MCM!
Have any of you had similar experiences, as I felt this was a first for me in uniqueness??

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

The secret is safe but have you ordered your Plat Proof, before or after??

Trust me when I say, RYK also occasionally buys modern coins.
I was too late to buy a 2009 Julia Tyler from MCM after the US mint sold out, but did score a 2009 Letitia Tyler NGC MS69 for $775 from MCM.
I also had a A1 buying experience with Modern Coin Mart.
What is the mintage on the Tyler vs. the Taylor in UNC?? Congrats, by the way, great price!
I searched a bit under the GREAT big Eric informative thread but got fatigued.....
