Here's an underpriced graded card. Jim Brown 1958 Topps PSA 7 and above
Another odd ball rookie is Mario andretti 1969 panini. They aren't usually on ebay.. but when they are you can get one for about 10-15 bucks. I think he passes the pop culture test where people who are not racing fans or even care know who he is and asociate him to racing. Considering how few of these i've seen.. i think the card should be worth more than 10 bucks. There is just zero demand for his cards.
Underpriced graded cards on my list would include 1970s Topps PSA 8 RC's (grading cost cards), Topps PSA 10 cards of 80s World Series Championship team other then the 84 Tigers (some of that Tigers effect...al la $400 commons...has to rub off on them sometime), modern tough PSA 10's with little demand (like holograms, 1987 Donruss, 1986 Topps Baseball and 1990 Topps Baseball) and 1991 Topps Baseball Desert Storm (was impossible to find....now you can find PSA 9's around grading cost, I've seem PSA 8's in lots at a couple bucks each).
Being undervalued doesn't make one a good investment...usually the opposite. That's the part about being undervalued.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
