Just picked this up, always wanted the set.

    1961-62 Fleer Basketball

I'll sweat out delivery and condition of the non-graded cards. And now I need to pick up the Chamberlain, but otherwise I will have the set about finished, with about a dozen extra cards as trade bait.

I'll post scans when I get them.
Kiss me once, shame on you.

    Just a note.

Last month I participated in a paid ebay survey that was conducted by www.chatterinc.com and the subject was "VIP buyer program ideas". They threw out 10 non monetary perks that got "50/50" reactions. Finally we discussed ebay Bucks and "What if you could use it (ebay bucks) without waiting OR bank it if you wanted (no expiration)." Another idea they mentioned was "save your ebay bucks to the end of the year and ebay would match it (cool until).....he mentioned the max would be dead set at $30 <<< whoopie doo!

Anyway, if you ever get called to do one of these surveys, DO IT...it was $100 for 90 minutes, but later bumped to $200 for 90 minutes...get paid for talking about ebay - what a deal and a blast...paid in cash too!

I've spent some of my ebay Bucks, but I got a 10% ebay coupon as well so I'm looking to buy something huge.

Nice! I had a digitech digital delay "stomper" pedal back in the mid-80's...those multi-effect rack units are sweet.

Nice haul! You could easily make your money back and then some if you sold individually.

Each ebay bucks is tied to a specific account, so the code (which is automatic) would not work.

Ok, here is what my eBay bucks and about $10 got me...mostly cards to the graded series sets I have been slowly working on.

    imageimage
I collect all the 2000 Donruss Graded Cards and currently have 12 of the 22 in this signature graded series (and 2 not graded). Missing only one common and short prints. The short prints have productions around 20 to 50 with only 2 to 5 in the graded series. eBay hammer closed at $45 with shipping, which is like $20 to high. Kinda felt like I took a bullet there but really wanted to the card so I guess it is alright. Plus the earlier auto cards tend to book more then the later and it is a nice on card signature.

    imageimage
Not really working on this graded series set yet, but will likely some time. Bad thing is that 90% were graded BGS 8. But like all the graded series cards, they often sell for $0.99 opening bids. This Anderson RC (one of the many Denver-Shannahan flash running backs) is the only one graded BGS 8.5, with all the rest in the graded series BGS 8. Also the card is individually numbered 1 of 1000 (0001/1000). The seller wanted a crazy $50 for the card and settled for an overpriced $20. If it wasn't for the eBay bucks...

For the longest time I did not consider these as "graded." I have since changed my mind since SCD was a recognized graded at the time. In other words I see it like a PSA "Authentic" grade now. If SCD was not a recognized grader I would not consider them so. If I remember right there are 44 cards to this set. I am currently missing 5. Also all my Jersey cards, except a few, are what are now considered prime patches. However, this is the coolest one I now have and at $21.00 with shipping the highest I have paid...although pretty cheap when you consider what other NFL logo patch cards tend to go for.

Also picked up a pair of Randall Cunningham high school yearbooks for $35.00.

$2 and change in ebay bucks + free shipping = I only slightly overpaid. Only 66 to go to complete the set.
