Ok, I said I would give baseballman03060 (Victor) until today to get me my cards I have been waiting for since June the 10th. He has claimed to have already sent a Molly Holly Bandana Card. Then he said he sent three Randy Johnson Game Used cards. A week went by, Nothing! So I gave him one last chance. He said he sent my cards Monday. Towards the end of last week Thurs. - Friday is when I gave him warning that I would file for mail fraud. I have proof that he recieved the cards. I have nothing that he has supposedly sent. I will now be filling out a mail fraud form found at http://www.usps.com/websites/depart/inspect/. Hopefully I will get his attention now.

    I will not trade with anyone unless we both agree to send insured. If it is a high dollar trade then we both send
    insured/return receipt, you can't lose that way. It is worth the extra couple of bucks to make sure that everyone
    sent the cards and received the card and that the cards didn't get lost in the mail. Im not sure why people
    don't do this. Do you all just stick the card in an envelope with a stamp and mail it from your house???

    Go to the post office and spend the extra couple of bucks and never get ripped off again!

    AirJordan22 - The trade you did with him consisted of the cards I traded him. Which means he was trading away my cards even before I got my end, which I still haven't.

    he does the same to me.... i delt with him 4 times 2 went fine but the other 2...

    the 1st one that went bad- he was trading me cards turned out to be his friends, never sent

    2nd gone bad - he never paid me...he was gonna buy 2 of my auto's

    make him ship 1st!
    i would say hes out to rip any1 hes just not an adult and hasnt learned yet.... def not a person of his word

    Filing for mail fraud is a waste of time, your better off calling your police IF you have good evidence. If you did not send Insured for $100 or more, or send delivery confirmation, your never seeing your cards again because it would be your word against his. Mail Fraud is basically big websites stealing peoples money, not a verbal card agreement. I know all this because thats what the police here told me, i went through a rip off experience, called the police, filled out a police report and soon he was arrested! His court date is in a few days!

    Looks like BigShane shouldnt be talkin...Still Owes me $7 (not a lot of money) from about 3-4 months ago...He refuses to send it to me so everyone watch out for him....
