Who do you like to deal with when consigning to Heritage?

My first experience with one of their consignment directors was not pleasant; he is no longer there.

Since then, I have used Jason Friedman and he is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Someone

who I have used in the past as far as sales is Win Callender; he's very good to work with as well.

Used Jim Jelinski, never had a problem.

Win Callender is my hands down favorite.
I've consigned 185K worth of coins with Heritage within the last six months and the auctions have gone off without a hitch.

Heritage even had graded a few raw coins thus maximizing the end bids.
Win's communications are top notch and I always have a response to a question within a day- including weekends.

You apparently cannot deal with a Stacks at Stacks nor a Bowers at Bowers and Merena.

Heritage has many reliable consignment coordinators, but I'm partial to the services of KK, Jessica and Shaunda, the three ladies of the wholesale consignment team.

I worked with Win when he was with David Lawrence RC; however, my contact with Heritage is Mike Sadler. He has always been very helpful.

Wei, why am I not surprised you prefer the ladies!

Even so, I agree - I have personally used Jessica and Shaundra and like both of them as well.

Not my fault...my former male Heritage consignment coordinator left for Bowers and Merena a few years ago.

Not only are the three very professional and efficient, they're also great people who are a treat to interact with.

I consigned coins to auction via HLRC. Based on the volume that Harry does, he was able to negotiate a better deal than I could do myself, including the few % he got.

Who do you like to deal with when consigning to Heritage?
