Seller NARU after item sold, am I out the money?

Here's the scenario. This seller had or sold 20 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 yesterday which is super hot still at a price too good to be true with free shipping. I was the 6th buyer and his 20 all sold within an hour or so. I paid yesterday right after I won. I just noticed that the item # today has disappeared or removed on ebay (160437446360) and I checked the seller's ID and it's now NARU. Prior to yesterday, seller was 100% FB with 52 items just sold that were all positives and a lot were games such as the ones (different titles) he sold yesterday.
I went to PP and filed, and it immediately skipped from dispute to automatic claim. Is this going to be a positive outcome, or do I just take the $22 loss? Am I panicking? Maybe he didn't pay his ebay fees?

Whatever the problem with the seller is, your money will be refunded.
Should happen real fast; but, might take a few days.
