Looking for 1970 MLB Photostamps

All three seem to have some subtle differences in color and shading, not to mention border size. I think I like the one on the far right best.

If so, why does PSA grade them? Isn't it similar to the 1984 Nestle set, which was only available in full sheet form? PSA stopped grading those, right? I believe they are grading Nestle cards again.
