did this Walker cross at PCGS?

I bought this NGC MS65 1936-D Walker in a recent Heritage auction, and these photos were taken by Heritage. The coin is an unattributed FS-101 DDO, by the way.

What do you think... did it cross at PCGS as an MS65? (Submitted in the holder and with a minimum grade stipulation of MS65.)

    too many little hits for a 65. scratch in eagles breast north to south. Hit
    on her neck and just above left sandal are focal points.

    I think that scratch on the Eagle killed the cross at grade.

    I don't think the little ticks on the obverse would've kept it from crossing, but the scratch on the reverse may have, depending on what side of the bed the grader got up on that particular morning.

    I can't tell if the "scratch" on the eagle is actually a crack. I'll have to take out the macro lens and extension tubes and take a photo to find out.

    The lustre is BOOMing.

    Dennis---- Pretty sure that the scratch is indeed a crack----and, although it's a close call for me, I'll say that it crossed. Nice pictures of the DDO by the way. Bob [supertooth]

    Think of the center of the 3 as a serif. It is without a doubt a DDO...

    Judging by the photo I think it will but not higher than 65.
