1950 S quarter - Weak strike? Post mint damage?

What do you think of this? I bought it in a pile of 90% last week and it I can't decide
just what happened. The interior of the obverse seems indented almost.
The same with the reverse to a lesser extent? Am I imagining things?

I'm not sure about the weight, but it feels right. Yes that's a metal pimple sticking up.

    Have you weighed it?

It's possible on a thinner planchet.....

    See what it weighs.........
