    The 28 looks noisy. The Morgan looks over dipped to my untrained eye. Cheek has that odd smoothness to it. Looks like a great strike though.

    No, I think the morgan is a late die state, and it has the typical "smooth-cheek" look for an MS 1886-P. It does not look cleaned to me and it could grade MS-65+.
    The Peace dollar looks lightly cleaned. It appears to be AU-58.

    Save your money. Let somebody else take their chances and pay to have them slabbed.
