Your thoughts on this Morgan?

Your opinion? Particularly on NT vs. AT, grade, and reason for its unusual color and appearance. At least I think it's unusual. I don't know Morgans very well.
The images are accurate with regard to color and toning. And it is PCGS-graded MS64.

It also looks like it might be a Top 100 VAM 12 "Alligator Eye". Go here and take a look to verify.
The color is probably natural, since there really isn't any reason to AT a coin like this so lightly.

A PQ Coins indeed, not worth the + or the 65 upgrade IMHO...
PCGS Price Guide puts it at $63/MS64, 75$/MS64+, $155/MS65...
The plastic would cost more then the coin...!
