information request for "coin savers" bank boards
hey all, i clearly remember a forum member who collected coin saver
boards that were released from banks all over the US during the 1940s
and 1950s. Who was this person? They had a very nice space ship
one.
I am trying to dig up a link to a website that discusses them or has
information about them. Google is not helping me out...
Please feel free to post your pictures of ones you have and discuss
them.
I picked one up last weekend on antique alley (route 4) in NH.
I do not have pics yet so I will post an example i found on ebay.
The one I found was the "Dime Kitty" from a bank in Concord, NH.
