  Depends on your criteria.
  Do you need it quickly? Are you wanting to pay with CC? Money Order/Cashier's check? Paypal? Check?
  
  I found good prices with Apmex but, unless you do a bank wire, or pay the fees for CC (ie...not get the "cash discount"), then you are going to be waiting a little bit as you get a cashier's check/money order, send it in mail, wait for them to process, and then get it in mail.
  
  Someone on the BST may do you a quicker deal. Maybe better if they are willing to sell for less than going rate because they got it at a good price.
