Pillar Half real and Pillar Silver real: are they real of fake?
Pictures are not the greatest, but the best I can do on short notice. These items are being offered to me. I am interested but know very little about them. From the little bit of reference material I have on these things dont seem to add up.
The half real has a date of 1741, but the years of issue I can find say 1747-1771. It measures 16mm dont have the weight yet.
The silver real has a measurement of 21mm which is good, but the date is 1792 or is that 9 a 5?
In the picture the are the silver real on top and the half real on bottom.

This is also in the set with some other coins as well. Any opinions?

Thanks
Gary
