If you're referring to the slight rim nick on the first Kennedy, right below the L in LIBERTY, and/or the mark between the B and the E, I think PCGS would still holder the coin.
If you mean the toning itself (the reverse of the first Kennedy) I disagree with you.

You wouldn't have liked it....no coins Though, I did take a few pieces with me for good luck...a couple of SAEs, a silver round of "heads" and "tails", and a couple of morgans.
