Fraudulent ebay auction - hijacked account?

The seller of this auction has perfect feedback, but then note all the red flags under "Shipping and payments" - item ships within 20 days after receiving payment, plus the fractured English in the "Payment details" and "Return policy details". The seller's "My world" page has normal English diction and usage - most likely it's a hijacked account. The listing images and text were stolen from here.

The auction has been reported.

Yes, the seller has fractured English. We allow people to live here that don't speak English well. Feedback indicates he ships in much less than 20 day. It is a button you click and he may have listed a bunch of auctions with the wrong button clicked. Once you screw up one, if you use "Sell similar item" to make more auctions the error follows you.

Or he could have been misinformed that his is a good thing to do for protections or check clearing or some reason.

I don't seen anything that would keep me from bidding if I were interested.

With an ebay purchase there's always the possibility you won't get your coin, but with payal buyer protection you won't lose your money.

It looks like the seller has ended the listing. It's possible it could have been an erroneous listing created by an employee of Westminster Mint on whose website the coin is currently listed for sale, but because of the way the listing was constructed there wasn't any obvious connection between the auction and that site.
