I thought it odd that I received a "Second Chance Offer" within an hour or so of the auction closing. Dug around and found the following.

The shill account has placed 207 bids on 86 items with 99% being your items. Then you send a Second Chance Offer as soon as the auctions close. Not only is that unethical, is is a violation of eBay rules and against the law.
