UPDATE RESULTS IN 1ST post 3CN Collectors...In Your Opinion will this be a good CC submission? Will

Just got my grade.......NO +
Here it is a 1865 64PRCAM 3cn ..I'm not sure it will I am at 50/50 chance ..What do you think
the description on HA was
Bright 1865 Three Cent Nickel, PR64 Cameo
1865 3CN PR64 Cameo PCGS. Bright untoned surfaces with pleasing field-motif contrast greet the observer of this near-Gem proof nickel three cent. A well executed strike leaves virtually full detail on the design elements, falling just slightly short where the lines of the III join the upper crossbars. Close inspection reveals no mentionable marks or spots.

I haven't seen a 3CN proof that plussed yet, though (and I tried), so I'd be reluctant to speculate. I'd say it's a crap-shoot for that one.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...

Agreed.
