yes, it does, but if it is displayed anywhere in public you can get in serious trouble!!, sometimes arrested deending on how you got them, if you take steal it off a car you can get fined, but if its in another state, like if Colt takes one and i get it somehow in NYC, i can be arrested!!, lol

im not sure 'bout canada, but the reg. States get pissed ' lol, i've been caugh once and they just told me to give it back to the owner i bought it from!, it turns out the plate i had was from a stolen car!, and the guy said i had it, and im like 20, 000 miles away, lol, they got my addy from him and everything!!
