Should I submit these Franklins?

Looks to me to be MS65 and IMO FB.
Or just leave them in my Capital holder set?

I agree the 56 deserves attention. Nice toninig, possible die doubling (or is it late !

) and worth submitting. I done know if PCGS is the right 3rd party grader to classify the BB . (I think you have tp pay $20 something extra - no? )

I like the 49 better; far cleaner, the whack on the chin on the 56 makes it 64...the 49 should grade 65 possibly better.

That's what I was thinking but thought it may be kind of neat to get the other graded but not
sure if PCGS will designate the Bugs Bunny on the 56?

Also concerned of PCGS strictness on toning. Both are NT IMO but will they see it that way?

Those are 2 nice coins, 65 easy, maybe even a +.
Leave them the way they are, unless you have a plastic fetish.

I like the 49 for grading. 56 bugs may or may not designate...those are always a gamble unless you find an exceptionally strong clash.

The color on the 56 may or may not fly today, so even a gamble w/o the BB.

Some strong hits in prime areas on the 56 and the BB designation is never guaranteed.
I would put the 49 at the head of this line.
That said, unless you plan to sell soon Stef, leave them protected in their capital holders.

Unless you are planning on selling or "Registering" these coins why bother slabbing them? Capital plastic holders are generally good for protecting a coin. I'd be willing to bet the '56 is NT, but God knows what TPTB at PCGS think. If you just gotta' get 'em slabbed just go with the '49. Pleasant coins BTW!

I'm with the crowd that says to leave them in the Capital holder. They'll look great in there and unless you are selling them forget the plastic - I would vote to forget plastic even then.

I thought the same thing. But I would add, centers cleaned, and retoned.

BUT, tough to really tell from a photo.

back to the 1956, it just seems to have too much red and even looks lightly circulated, but then it is just a picture judgement.
