Take a close look at the supposed copper spots. Look odd to you? Doctored you say? Did it slab? Let me know what you think....

    I am inclined to say that the copper spot has not been doctored, but I could never say for sure without seeing the coin.

    The rim damage bothers me more.

    copper spot and copper in her hair appears to be applied or a stain of some sort.
    That sure is lacking detail. Is it real?

    Looks like typical copper spots. They may have been lightened by the dip that coin recieved.

    Copper spots are not always dots.

    There's a copper streak on the reverse of this coin, just under the grease mark:
