  Looks like it has terrific luster, but I would likely grade it MS66. It is still very nice.

  Nice coin, but I don't think MS-67. Mark above ear, on nose, on right wing. Hard to tell about lustre from a photo. I'll wag MS-65+ or MS-66

  65 tops, nick on nose, nick above ear, base back of neck, cheek, wings both sides on reverse, is a strong 65 great luster but really dont see the 66 possible....

  A bit of a weak strike, particularly on the eagle legs. That, with the marks mentioned, 65, maybe 66 if a boomer.

  Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

  Just a bit too many marks (distractions) for a 7 though.
  
  More than likely a solid 65 given no other issues.

  I think it's a shot 67 ..........
  
  but it's anybody's guess ; I just got a pretty quarter I cracked out graded PCGS 66 -
  
  It was graded 2 years ago by PCGS as a 64

  Looks like a 66 to these eyes.....good clear picture though for evaluating the coin.....we don't often get that when folks ask for opinions
