Can I claim my first error find?

I think the 71 is off center by a bit. Not sure if there is a minimum % qualifier?

    Off centered or misaligned die?

  • Looks to be. But if I recall correctly it has to be a certain percentage to actually carry a premium.

Sorry to say that the coin is not an off center strike.

    It's a very minor mis-aligned obv. die - a very common
occurance. It will not bring a premium, imo.....however,
you can try to sell it on Ebay, but don't have any expectations.

Remember, to be an off center strike, part of the design
    elements must be missing.

Yeah I didnt expect to hit a jackpot or even sell it for anything for that matter, but after never finding anything of noteworthiness, I am hoping it will get the ball rolling and the 55 DDOs will now start raining down upon me.
