Sorry to say that the coin is not an off center strike.
It's a very minor mis-aligned obv. die - a very common occurance. It will not bring a premium, imo.....however, you can try to sell it on Ebay, but don't have any expectations.
Remember, to be an off center strike, part of the design elements must be missing.

Yeah I didnt expect to hit a jackpot or even sell it for anything for that matter, but after never finding anything of noteworthiness, I am hoping it will get the ball rolling and the 55 DDOs will now start raining down upon me.

Aha, good to know. Thanks for clarifying the technical terms. Wasnt going to go on ebay, just hoped to have turned up something on the change search just to say I did.
