Getting my 1958 fix...
As many of you know, I was born in 1958 (in the Philadelphia area) and have been collecting coins from that year for quite some time now. As any true junkie will recognize the symptoms, at first a nice coin will do... then you need a slightly stronger dose of good looking coin (whatever that may be for any individual... in my case toning). Over time it gets more difficult to find those coins that will satisfy those cravings as your jaded/addiction level goes up. Here are three I got from Shane a while back. I bought them raw and currently have no interest in slabbing them. (FWIW I'd probably grade them R-66, W-65 and F-65/6. I would of course enjoy your thoughts as to grades). The Franklin in particular is not too shabbily toned for a '58-P. The first set of images are by Bob Campbell and the second ones are by Shane. I think they both did excellent work pulling out/highlighting different aspects of the coins.

Nice looking 58's ya got there.........
I like 1957.
that half you got there was " not going to be given' away for just a few hundred dollars " per the seller ........
a "few " hundred dollars is at least 300 bucks , a lot of money for such a coin .
Do you value it at that level ?
