Until they ship out your coins?

Well they received the package just on the 14th. But was just wondering!

Might depend on if your check is number 102 or number 18493, or if they remember you from previous transactions, or if you are a newbie or have been submitting for over a decade. Might also depend on who is the employee making the decision, someone hired last week at minimum wage, or someone there since 1986 with expert experience.

Actually, I should have contrasted the situation if you had a blank starter check, with one that has you and also your wife or significant other listed with phone numbers, driver's license numbers, and social security numbers.

Since everyone is being silly I might just give you the obvious answer. Your coin will ship back to you sometime after your check is deposited based on the SERVICE LEVEL you chose. It could be as fast as two or three days if you are paying top bucks or it could be several weeks if you chose economy service. Now you really knew that, didn't you Chris? In effect, the cashing of your check has nothing to do with the shipping back of your coin. Steveimage

Based on service level of course.
Edited to say: I believe they cash your check upon receiving regardless of the service level chosen. Money in hand is always a good thing.

I recently sent two submissions in one order on 3/26. One was for 5 day express, the other for error coins (25-35 days). I got the 5 day express back all in good time, but still waiting for the errors. I used my credit card on both submission forms, and recently got my bill. I was charged for both submissions on 3/30. I did not realize PCGS did that - charge you upon receipt. I would have figured I'd be charged for the errors when they were actually ready, not a month before. Live and learn.....

If you had looked up your CC account online, you would have seen the charges post. If you have no grace period you could make a payment to avoid any interest. Afterall, you do have to pay up eventually.

Don't they have to wait to see how high they "bounce" first? image

    I'm just kidding. image

Usually the checks get deposited before the grading process but if your coins have already been graded, I'd expect them to ship within a day or two. In this case, since they obviously haven't shipped by Friday COB, I'd expect to get notification by COB Monday.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    they got the submission
    they got paid

the coins go to the respective piles depending on what you wanted done and service level

they will get XXXXXX and then get returned

why did you send them 3 checks?

Guess I could have sent one but I did the online submission form and each separate submission had a "check total"
