    Net grade for that rim bump I would say.

    No, I think it is properly graded. I like the eye appeal on it quite a bit, but I think it's a Fine-12. I think that's been the problem with 3rd party grading on coins like this. Eventually it would've ended up in a VF holder, then it would've been over-graded.
