  The pops, price guide are essential components to bringing in submissions for grading coins. Although they have done that with the pops, do you think they'll remove the price guide from the thousands of general public collectors who are regular submitters? Likely those who sell may not want you see it anyway, to base your buying decisions on pop numbers. But then again, there is the registry that promotes the importance of low pop coins.

  The most active grades are still free but a listing of all grades requires a coin facts subscription.

  It didn't show ANY prices for any series last night (Fri.), but they do show them again today.

  I have no problem accessing it as of right now. To answer your question, yes, you must have missed the memo when it was announced that the expanded price guide is only available to paid subscriptions.
