I just know that it a Sharpie signature. The card is a Conlon card and it is glossy.

    I forgot.

Zep said it's real, so that's what I'm going with.

I totally understand the "forgot" part...

because it did happen so long ago...

good luck trying to move it...

or, wait, are you selling it?

Nope. It came directly from the Babe, himself.

If we were to somehow make a deal for this card, how would I sort it?

First by number, then submitting it with a bunch of cards to PSa/Dna I have heard gets you better grades

Well, I'm not sure. See, on the back, it says it's a 1992 card. I think that is a misprint. I think the "2" and the "9" got mixed up. I think it is really a 1929 card. I know this because the signature is real.

So, you could sort it either with the 1992 cards or the 1929 cards. It's totally up to you.

please don't leave those important decisions up to me. Things like that needs to be decided for me.
  • frankhardyfrankhardy Posts: 8,169 ✭✭✭✭✭
I would definitely sort it with the 1929 cards since Babe Ruth wasn't alive in 1992. I mean, we know the siganture is real, so the card can't be from 1992.

Are you going to send it to PSA/DNA after we make the deal?

I won't need their opinion on the card, only my own

It's fake... can I buy it?

i dont like the card itself...

too new and untouched.....he would have signed a GAME USED CARD...

also that auto showes a "reverse flow" of the "B"....even though autos change during the years, the "trajectory" of the pen remains the same...he drew that "B" backwards the way he does now....

    sorry, thats my opinion.....

and i think my opinion matters in this case because I would be the high bidder if i wanted it... (because I'm a douchebag)
