I am really enjoying searching the Heritage CSNS auctions using the new search software...

It really streamlines things for me. I just wanted all of you (especially Realone) to know.

Heritage better look long and hard at Internet bidding activity before/after the change.
much better than the old system
<< <i>your mean.... >>
"you're" and, yes, he certainly is.
First thing I could think about from the title was, "RYK is nailing realone on this"; and, I was right
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Well, yuor meen, to.
Realone is a good sport. He is probably mastering the site even as we speak.
<< <i>All kidding aside (if that is allowed), I'm not enjoying it at all. It makes the types of searches I typically use, much less efficient and more time consuming. >>
Since you asked, setting aside the kidding is not permissible.
And, since I suspect the Heritage folks are reading, a request.
You have, now and in the past few years, had collections of important die varieties. However, these varieties are noted only in the lot detail page, not on any sort of lot browsing page (any more). For those of us interested in such things, it'd be much appreciated if die varities were listed while browsing through lots.

You forgot a period.
The response time is really slow - too complicated a web site for my network I guess, which otherwise allows rapid transmission of imaging studies from around the state to my office.

<< <i>p.s. once I got used to it, the new search is no big deal. I really don't know why it got Realone's panties in a wad....then again, he does use a Mac.
Hmmm...that would certainly explain a few things

RIP "BEAR"
I have played around and the new search feature lets you sort and search in a more open and specific manner. But as I explained above, it takes me three or four steps to do my usual routine instead of the one click it used to take. Somehow I will manage, but it is a bit annoying.
<< <i>While I don't like the new search feature, I must note that for browsing an auction it's not bad at all. In fact, I've been going through the CSNS and CICF sales similar to how I would go through Stack's sales. But note this is the thorough browsing through all lots and pages, not searching for individual items (which I have not had a need to do so recently). On that thought I guess I should note that when a Stack's or Goldberg sale comes up, the first thing I do is check certain categories before going through the entire sale. I also used to do that for Heritage. I did not do it for this set of sales.
And, since I suspect the Heritage folks are reading, a request.

Way ahead of you.

After 2+ hours of trying different words and phrases to search on I finally found 1 such token listed for the CICF auction - and that was by searching by English county names. There has to be a better way to find these! Usually the only searches that succeed in finding these are by county name and by merchant name - not pleasant options! This was also a problem with the old search method also
Failed searches included (but not limited to): Conder, token, medal, Dalton, Hamer, D&H
Any suggestions Heritage?
