  This is not the CRO specimen (it came from Tony Terranova), so it will make for a nice comparison if/when images of that coin get posted. This one has a very frosty cameo prooflike appearnce, and is also graded by PCGS as MS66BN:

  Beautiful coin. Without looking it up I assume that was contracted to a European mint? Very nice quality. --Jerry

  The token was minted by John Hanc**k of Birmingham, England and is included in the Dalton & Hamer book of Provincial Token-Coinage as Middlesex Political and Social Series #1050.
  
  John Hanc**k was one of several British private minters that were trying to win a contract with the new US government for the rights to mint coinage for the new country. Many of these British proposed coinage styles are included in the back of the Red Book.

  Cardinal, the reverse on yours is very exceptional it appears every bit of ms67.
