Auto Idea uncut sheets

With all the things that people have had autographed over the years like complete sets and what not. I was wondering if anyone has ever had a complete uncut sheet fully autographed. Like an uncut sheet of 1986-1988 Fleer basketball where the entire set is in one sheet. Or a 1980-81 Topps BK set. This would be a very hard task but has anyone ever seen something like that?

I think just having an unsigned sheet of 88 Fleer basketball would rock!

the only thing I've ever seen that has come close to that was someone (it may have even been Barry Halper) had the complete uncut sheet from the mid 1980's Pete Rose card set put ouy by Renatta Galasso, where Pete had signed EVERY card on the sheet!

Handy ... Unless you get every signature in person I don't think it would be reasonable to expect the sheet to come back in any type of decent condition thru the mail.

If you ARE going to do it in person and you are successful, it would probably be a one of a kind item.

    GOOD LUCK!

I have a 1975 Topps uncut sheet with two of the Nolan Ryan cards and I am always tempted to try to get them signed but it would be too much of a hassle. Your best bet is to find a smaller uncut sheet like 6 cards by 5 or something an trying that.

If the sheet was not a rare sheet, then perhaps you could cut it into several 9 card panels and get those signed.

I feel like I have seen it in baseball on a smaller Drake's Cakes baseball set or something like where a lot of the people were all-stars. I think it would be near impossible to accomplish getting it fully signed with a 132 card sheet where you have commons who don't show up on the autograph circuit. But it still could be a fun project to get some or a majority of it. Although I do think the sheet would look pretty bad toward the end of the project as I've handled a lot of them and they are very clumsy and you have to be extremely delicate with them which would be tough to do taking them to shows, etc. Something I've considered is you could just pick a part of the sheet, a 4 or 9 card square, that you want to get signed and change it from uncut to cut.

This would look really nice, but as a few have already said it would have to be done in person. I remember meeting Mike Bossy and Maurice Richard at different signings in different states and seeing the same person with a 500 Goal Scorer poster, deja-vu.

I saw someone do something similar with some of the Perez-Steel uncut sheets, as well as the 1982 KMart uncut sheets.

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
