Not me. I rarely submit. My 5 day Express order hand-delivered to the PCGS table in Baltimore on March 6 has not been completed. It's funny because I was on the fence about crossing the coin, and now I am having second thoughts. I may call tomorrow and ask them to return the coin to me, ungraded, with my grading fee refunded.
I submitted a reverse silver eagle set on March 14 and got the results on the 24. Just the plain modern service. Still waiting on 8 coins from another batch that same day.
I got grades today on M. Filmore D mint Dollars (business strike coins). (3) pairs of MS66 coins out of the first 2,000. Making this Pres. $1 the toughest business strike coin to obtain in gem or better grade yet. At least for us. I'll be curious to see how they grade out from here.

They're still grading although turnaround times are slower than usual.
If an Express order has taken 45 days then that's worthy of a call to PCGS.

I called today, the customer service rep told me she was too busy to find out why the coin has not been graded (submitted in person in Baltimore on 3/6), so I told her I wanted the coin returned to me ungraded and to be refunded the grading fee.

Wow, just WOW, words fail me at this moment >>
I prefer my coins in PCGS holders, and buy them that way whenever possible, but it seems like 2 out of every 3 times I submit coins for grading, they make me eat my heart out over it. My enjoyment of collecting is really diminished by submitting coins for grading, and, at times, I have stopped submitting. I think it's time to stop again and let the next guy hassle with it.
Edit: There were apparently extenuating circumstances that are reasonable. They could not independently verify the pedigree. I wish they would have informed me, but no harm, no foul.
Things seem VERY slow in all categories. However I rec'd an error/variety order results this afternoon in a record 9 days!! Go figure, I was expecting a 2 month wait for these. And I am happier than a two headed woodpecker in a lumberyard over the grades!

I submitted one package with two orders that was received at PCGS on 3/15. The first order for 1 coin was received at home today. The second order of 8 coins (free from membership) has yet to post grades. Both orders mostly Modern Crap.
They received two from me on 2/10. They shipped one on 3/3, the other is still not done. I called customer service and they don't know why it is taking so long.

<< <i>Did PCGS stop grading during the lead up to the "Big One"? >>
I doubt it. That's how they make money.
