Lets see, now I can wish for a Plus and a Gold Bean on the same slab.

Now all we need is Mad Marty's thumb print on the slab

and we will have all of the BIG THREE for grade.

I gotta go now. I promised to take Mrs Bear to see a movie.

Not good enough. Those are inferior coins without the PLUS!

Going forward, that is possible, but for the pre 3/25/10 slabs I do not agree.

Let me see if I got this straight.
The best coins get a sticker, the second best coins get a plus sign. The mediocre coins get a grade and the dreck gets a genuine holder or no plastic at all.
Now people will just type in "PCGS + " on their eBay searches and it will make finding the second best coins that much easier.

Green bean means they are at least solid for the grade, a plus means they are in the top 15% of the grade. Therefore, if the definition is followed by the buying public, the plus would be a more valuable coin.
There is no "AT" or "NT". We only have "market acceptable" or "not market acceptable.
