will the 2009 lincoln cent from mint sets continue to bring a preimun and will it grow as years go by?

Somehow I think I should probably know what you mean by "C&C" but I'm drawing a blank. Help me out here.

...yeah the mint sets are SUPPOSED to be the 95% lincolns unless MAYBE some zincolns got mixed in! WOW! wouldn't
