    image,,,,,,,OK, watched videos. Between them and other posts, new service understood. Waited for PCGS "changes" BEFORE renewing membership. Safe to do so now,as the improvements did not hurt their services, that are already excellent. Looks like they made it alittle better,though a bit early to tell.
