Can you send in a batch of PCGS graded coins and stipulate they only get graded if they qualify for

Just like a crossover submission. I don't see the point in getting any secure plus coins back that don't have the plus on them.----------BigE

They are either plus coins or they aren't. Regardless, if you submit them for consideration, you're going to have to pay the fee and since they were previously graded by PCGS, they won't downgrade unless they obviously deserve the downgrade. Hopefully, as a submitter you can make the distinction.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

So you cant have a secure plus holder without the actual "+" on it. In other words you cant just have your coin scanned for protection purposes unless it is PQ?--------BigE

    This response makes no sense.

I realize that the coins wont get downgraded, but I would rather they remain in blue label holders rather than reholdered under the shield label with no "+".

Yes, I would pay the 65.00 for each coin and lose it if they don't come back with "+" on them, because the coins would be worth 1000.00's more with the "+" on them

I hope not. That would make absolutely no sense. If you pay the extra money the coin should at least be scanned and put in one of the new holders, + symbol or not.
