If your MS65 comes back a MS65- that is a lower grade. Will coins now have a chance at coming back a lower grade?

    They are not going to put a negative sign on holders. The guarantee that the coin will not down grade is still there unless you feel that it should be down graded.

    same grade or higher never had one regrade lower

    I think you are incorrect on the original statement


    it was a buyback/reimbursement if after cracking and regrading, it lost designation or grade

    according to customer service a few months ago
